Botanicals: Juniper, Sichuan pepper, star anise, lime and lemon
Tasting Notes: Beautifully smooth with a soft spicy kick. Touch of  sweetness but still classically dry and juniper-led. Big hit of fresh lime, giving it a full mouth-feel leading on to some gentle spice warmth. 
Perfect serve: Premium tonic with a slice of lime and thinly sliced red pepper
